Ancak ben s\u0131kl\u0131kla g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn somatik zeitgeist\u2019inde asl\u0131nda neye y\u00f6neldi\u011fimizi merak ediyorum. Y\u0131llard\u0131r benimle birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ve \u00f6\u011frenmeyi se\u00e7en insanlara, kolektifin tan\u0131mlanamaz ama tamamen normalle\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir dili kullanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, bunun \u00fczerinde kendi ele\u015ftirel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini i\u015fletmeleri i\u00e7in alan sundum. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu dil, istemeden ve fark\u0131nda olmadan bile yeti yitimi (ableism) i\u00e7erebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antropolog Thomas J. Csordas, bedenlenme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n en etkili seslerinden biri olmu\u015ftur. <strong>Embodiment and Experience: The Existential Ground of Culture and Self<\/strong> (1994) adl\u0131 derleme eserinde, bedenlenmenin sahip oldu\u011fumuz bir nesne de\u011fil, d\u00fcnyada varolu\u015fumuzun ko\u015fulu oldu\u011funu ileri s\u00fcrer. Csordas, bedenlenmeyi \u201calg\u0131sal deneyim ve d\u00fcnyada bulunma ve kat\u0131l\u0131m kipleriyle tan\u0131mlanan belirsiz bir y\u00f6ntemsel alan\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlar (Csordas, 1994, s. 12). Bu \u00e7er\u00e7eve, bedenlenmeyi bir teknik, s\u00fcre\u00e7 ya da y\u00f6ntem olarak indirgemeye diren\u00e7 g\u00f6sterir ve bedenin alg\u0131n\u0131n, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn ve benli\u011fin zemini oldu\u011funu \u0131srarla vurgular. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle, bedenlenme duyumsal bir yola girerek elde etti\u011fimiz bir \u015fey de\u011fil, zaten her daim ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir ko\u015fuldur. Somatik uygulamalar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu, hi\u00e7bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n bedenlenmenin kendisi oldu\u011funu iddia edemeyece\u011fi, yaln\u0131zca bedenlenmenin ne oldu\u011funa dair daha geni\u015f bir ili\u015fkiye a\u00e7\u0131lan bir kap\u0131 olabilece\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dan\u0131\u015fanlar, etkile\u015fimde bulunduklar\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitli uygulay\u0131c\u0131lar, y\u00f6ntemler veya pratikler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bedenlerine giremediklerinde, kimi zaman kendilerini diren\u00e7li, t\u0131kanm\u0131\u015f, dissosiye olmu\u015f veya sand\u0131klar\u0131ndan daha derin \u015fekilde travmatize hissetmektedir. Onlara, a\u00e7\u0131k ya da \u00f6rt\u00fck bi\u00e7imde, asl\u0131nda \u201cbedenlenmi\u015f\u201d olmad\u0131klar\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde mesajlar ula\u015fabilir \u2014 ki bu, bedenlenmi\u015f olman\u0131n asl\u0131nda ne oldu\u011funa dair mu\u011flak ve \u00f6znel bir tan\u0131ma dayan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peki, herhangi bir anda bedenlenmi\u015f olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 nas\u0131l \u00f6l\u00e7ebiliriz?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ger\u00e7ekte her birimiz i\u00e7in \u00f6znel bir deneyimse, uygulamada bedenlenmi\u015f olmak ne anlama gelir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6zden ka\u00e7an \u015fey, herkesin beden deneyimine ayn\u0131 kap\u0131dan girmedi\u011fidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jung, <strong>Psychological Types<\/strong> (1921) adl\u0131 eserinde, insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fama y\u00f6nelimlerinin farkl\u0131 yollar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mlayabilmek i\u00e7in bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve geli\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u0130ki temel tutum (d\u0131\u015fad\u00f6n\u00fckl\u00fck ve i\u00e7ed\u00f6n\u00fckl\u00fck) ile d\u00f6rt i\u015flevi (d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, his, duyum ve sezgi) ay\u0131rdetti. Jung\u2019a g\u00f6re bu i\u015flevler, \u201cbilincin y\u00f6nelim kanallar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen temel psikolojik i\u015flevlerdir\u201d (CW 6, prg. 895).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jung, duyumu (sensation) \u201cfiziksel bir uyar\u0131m\u0131 alg\u0131ya ileten psikolojik i\u015flev\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlar (CW 6, prg. 792). Duyum, somut olan\u0131n, burada ve \u015fimdi\u2019nin i\u015flevidir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce (thinking), \u201centelekt\u00fcel bili\u015f i\u015flevi\u201d olup, bilincin i\u00e7eriklerine \u201canlam ve tutarl\u0131l\u0131k kazand\u0131r\u0131r\u201d (CW 6, prg. 830). Jung\u2019a g\u00f6re his (feeling) duygu de\u011fildir; de\u011ferleme i\u015flevidir, yani deneyimleri iyi\u2013k\u00f6t\u00fc, kabul edilebilir\u2013edilemez olarak tartma bi\u00e7imimizdir (CW 6, prg. 724). Sezgi (intuition) ise \u201cbilin\u00e7d\u0131\u015f\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla alg\u0131\u201dd\u0131r ve \u201calg\u0131lar\u0131 bilin\u00e7d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir yolla arac\u0131lar\u201d (CW 6, prg. 770).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her birimizin en do\u011fal gelen bir bask\u0131n i\u015flevi ve onun yan\u0131nda geli\u015fmemi\u015f, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde bilin\u00e7d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kalan bir a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 i\u015flevi vard\u0131r. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131 i\u015flev genellikle bizi t\u00f6kezleten, bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00e7arp\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k ya da kompulsif bi\u00e7imde y\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131kan yan\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. Ancak Jung, bunu b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011fe giden k\u00f6pr\u00fc olarak da g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc en \u00e7ok geli\u015ftirmemiz gereken nitelikleri ta\u015f\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen birinin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 i\u015flevi his olacakt\u0131r; bu nedenle yaln\u0131zca mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6tesinde de\u011fer bi\u00e7meyi \u00f6\u011frenmesi gerekir. Duyumcu birinin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 i\u015flevi sezgi olacakt\u0131r; bilinmezli\u011fe ad\u0131m atma riskini g\u00f6ze almal\u0131d\u0131r. Tipoloji yaln\u0131zca nas\u0131l i\u015fledi\u011fimizi tan\u0131mlamaz, ayn\u0131 zamanda dikkatimizi talep eden ihmal edilmi\u015f yanlar\u0131m\u0131za da i\u015faret eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Somatik uygulamalarda bu olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bedenlenme y\u00f6ntemleri, \u00f6rne\u011fin, duyumun daima merkezde olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini varsayd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, duyumu bask\u0131n i\u015flevi olanlar\u0131 ayr\u0131cal\u0131kl\u0131 k\u0131lar, di\u011ferlerini ise istemeden patolojikle\u015ftirebilir. Oysa tipolojiyi anlarsak, hem bask\u0131n hem a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 i\u015flevle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir, ki\u015fiyi do\u011fal kap\u0131s\u0131ndan bedene girmeye davet ederken ayn\u0131 zamanda en az geli\u015fmi\u015f alanlar\u0131n\u0131 da nazik\u00e7e ke\u015ffetmeye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rabiliriz. B\u00f6ylelikle bedenlenme, bir ideale uymaktan ziyade daha geni\u015f bir psi\u015fik deneyim aral\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompleksler, Jung\u2019un psikolojisinin kalbinde yer al\u0131r. Onlar\u0131, psi\u015fede \u00f6zerk bi\u00e7imde i\u015fleyen \u201cduygu-tonlu temsiller k\u00fcmeleri\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlar (CW 8, prg. 201). Jung ba\u015fka bir yerde \u015f\u00f6yle yazar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>\u201cKompleksler, psi\u015fik ya\u015fam\u0131n denetimimiz alt\u0131nda olmayan, fakat bizi denetleyen odak noktalar\u0131d\u0131r. Psi\u015fenin dram\u0131ndaki akt\u00f6rlerdir. Olumlu ya da olumsuz, yard\u0131mc\u0131 ya da zararl\u0131, yap\u0131c\u0131 ya da y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 olabilirler. Kompleksler, bilin\u00e7d\u0131\u015f\u0131 psi\u015fenin ya\u015fayan birimleridir\u201d (CW 8, prg. 210).<a href=\"https:\/\/substack.com\/@janeclapp\"><\/a><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompleksler, kimi \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f modellerin ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken istilac\u0131lar, yeniden ebeveynlenmesi gereken k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck benlikler ya da yaln\u0131zca katarsisle bo\u015falt\u0131lacak \u015feyler de\u011fildir; psi\u015fik anatomimizin par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131rlar ve psi\u015fenin mimarisine aittirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anne kompleksi, baba kompleksi, ebeveyn kompleksi, karde\u015f kompleksi ve para, cinsellik, g\u00fc\u00e7, toplumsal cinsiyet etraf\u0131nda k\u00fcmelenen kompleksleri biliriz. Her biri, belle\u011fin, duygulan\u0131m\u0131n, duygu tonlar\u0131n\u0131n, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin ve anlam\u0131n katmanlar\u0131n\u0131 bir psi\u015fik d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmde bir araya getirir. Bu d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm bizi ya tepkilere ya da vahiylere s\u00fcr\u00fckleyebilir. Bu listeye ben beden kompleksi\u2019ni ekliyorum. Bir bedeniniz varsa, bir beden kompleksiniz de vard\u0131r. Beden kompleksi, ki\u015fisel tarih, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel anlat\u0131lar, travma ve tipoloji taraf\u0131ndan \u015fekillenen, bedenlenmeye dair bilin\u00e7li ve bilin\u00e7d\u0131\u015f\u0131 tutumlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bir araya getirir. Hem yaralanmay\u0131 hem de olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fte bu y\u00fczden tipoloji somatiklerde \u00f6nemlidir. En iyi halinde tipoloji, bedenin kendi diliyle konu\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in alan a\u00e7ar. Fakat ayn\u0131 zamanda tek bir y\u00f6ntem veya s\u00fcreci bedenlenmeye giden yol olarak dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda arzu edilen, normatif bir yap\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir. \u00c7ok s\u0131k olarak insanlara, bedenlerine belirli bir \u015fekilde giremiyorlarsa, engelli, diren\u00e7li ya da yetersiz olduklar\u0131 s\u00f6ylenir. Oysa asl\u0131nda, uygulaman\u0131n kendisi onlar\u0131n tipolojisini d\u0131\u015fl\u0131yor olabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin, bask\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme i\u015flevine sahip bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fi, bedene d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yoluyla girdiklerinde \u201cyanl\u0131\u015f yap\u0131yor\u201d olduklar\u0131 hissettirilerek k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclebilir. Normatif oldu\u011funda somatikler, insanlardan ya\u015fam\u0131 do\u011fal olarak y\u00f6nelimlendiren i\u015flevi bypass etmelerini talep ederek onlar\u0131 kendilerinden kopmaya zorlayabilir. B\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fme yerine par\u00e7alanma \u00fcretilir; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ki\u015fiden en geli\u015fmi\u015f i\u015flevini kullanmas\u0131 nedeniyle utanmas\u0131 istenir ve bu durum ki\u015finin beden kompleksinin olumsuz y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc derinle\u015ftirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fer duyum bask\u0131n i\u015flev de\u011filse, duyum-\u00f6ncelikli y\u00f6ntemlere zorlanmak ki\u015fiyi bedeninden daha da uzakla\u015ft\u0131rabilir. Ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmek yerine, daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirir; utan\u00e7 ve yabanc\u0131la\u015fma yarat\u0131r. \u201cGiri\u015f yolu\u201d olarak sunulan \u015fey, bir duvara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipolojiyi tan\u0131mak bunu de\u011fi\u015ftirir; olas\u0131 normatif k\u00f6\u015feleri yumu\u015fat\u0131r, insanlar\u0131n bedenleriyle diyaloga girebilmelerinin pek \u00e7ok yoluna zarif bir alan a\u00e7ar. Bir ki\u015fi imge ya da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyle ba\u015flamaya ihtiya\u00e7 duyabilir, bir di\u011feri de\u011ferle, bir ba\u015fkas\u0131 duyumla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tek bir yol yoktur ve somatikler, ister istemez iyi niyetli ve sevgi dolu uygulay\u0131c\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lsa bile, ayn\u0131l\u0131k dayat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirici olamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her tipoloji, somatik pratikte hem arma\u011fanlar hem de zorluklarla gelir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Duyum tipleri<\/strong> beden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda kendilerini evinde hissederler \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bask\u0131n i\u015flevleri duyumun kendisidir. Bedenin sinyalleri dolays\u0131z ve somuttur. Ancak en tan\u0131d\u0131k olan \u00e7o\u011fu kez en az incelenmi\u015f oland\u0131r. Buradaki g\u00f6rev, do\u011frudan g\u00fcvenilen duyumun alt\u0131nda titre\u015fen simgesel ve psi\u015fik boyutlar\u0131 fark etmektir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>His tipleri<\/strong> bedene de\u011fer ve ili\u015fki sorular\u0131 \u00fczerinden yakla\u015fabilir: Bu duyum kim oldu\u011fum veya ba\u015fkalar\u0131yla ba\u011f\u0131m hakk\u0131nda ne s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor? Beden kompleksleri, duyumu su\u00e7luluk, utan\u00e7 ya da de\u011ferle birle\u015ftirebilir ve onlar\u0131 bedensel travma girdaplar\u0131na s\u00fcr\u00fckleyebilir. Zorluk, bedeni, ahlaki veya ili\u015fkisel anlam katmadan \u00f6nce ham deneyim olarak kar\u015f\u0131layabilmektir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce tipleri<\/strong> duyumu kaypak, g\u00fcvenilmez hatta bozucu bulabilir. Jung, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce tipinin \u201cnesnel yarg\u0131ya\u201d y\u00f6nelimli oldu\u011funu belirtir (CW 6, prg. 835). Bu, beden deneyimini tutars\u0131z k\u0131labilir. Beden kompleksleri genellikle denetim ve duyumun \u00f6ne ge\u00e7mesi halinde yap\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6kece\u011fi \u015f\u00fcphesi etraf\u0131nda d\u00f6ner. G\u00f6rev, yarg\u0131y\u0131 ask\u0131ya alarak bedenin kendi ba\u015f\u0131na zeki oldu\u011funu deneyimlemektir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sezgi tipleri<\/strong>, duyumu kolayca imgeler, \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar ve olas\u0131l\u0131klara s\u0131\u00e7ratma e\u011filimindedir. Jung sezgiyi, \u201cbilin\u00e7d\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7eriklerin alg\u0131s\u0131\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlar (CW 6, prg. 770). Bu nedenle s\u0131\u00e7rama neredeyse otomatik ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Beden kompleksleri s\u0131kl\u0131kla yo\u011funluktan ka\u00e7arak metafora u\u00e7ma e\u011filimini bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131r. Zorluk, yorum ya da imgelemeye ge\u00e7meden \u00f6nce bedende yava\u015f, a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 bir varolu\u015fa ba\u011fl\u0131 kalabilmektir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Somatik uygulay\u0131c\u0131lar tipolojiyi g\u00f6z ard\u0131 ettiklerinde, iyile\u015ftirmek istedikleri ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 peki\u015ftirme riski ta\u015f\u0131rlar.
